Addressed to sec ones:
You guys saw how you performed for the openhouse. You guys know if you need to improve or work harder or not. You promised us to practice more, do your part to make the section better. Please reflect about what the seniors said during the section talk. Don't make them teach you everything for nothing, don't take them for granted. If they do their best to teach you but you don't want to go and practice it, it's just as good as not teaching you. They wouldn't waste their time and effort teaching someone they don't believe in. If you make a mistake, don't wait for the sky to drop. I'm not saying you should laugh and forget about it either. Do something about it and try not to make the same mistake again. If you still want Mr Ramu to teach us next year, we really have to buck up. If you don't want our alumni's efforts to go to waste, buck up. If we all do our part, one day we can strive to get the best section award again. It's not impossible if you do your best to try. Help one another in their weaknesses, all of us have our individual strengths and weaknesses. Learn from one another and bond with the section. If you do, you wouldn't dread coming to sectionals or full band. If you think you haven't got your part down to pat, come for individuals, spend 45 minutes at least to get the part right. It won't take up that much of your time. Y'all are going to be sec twos next year. You will have your own juniors that will look up to you. They will have to learn from you and you will have to teach them what you know. You won't want them to ask you a question and you don't know how to answer it. You cannot be too independent on this year's sec threes anymore. Next year they will be busy with their 'O's and you'll have to be independent. We can't be feeding you forever.
Think about it. Do something about it.
